I ordered this beautiful sectional a couple months ago. It was shipped right away. The delivery company delivered it at MY convenience! The delivery guys not only put it all together, they set it up where I wanted, placed the pillows where they belonged & cleaned up behind themselves. They even took the boxes & packaging with them so I didn't have any cardboard boxes in my trash! I highly recommend this sofa! It's beautiful, comfy, and I can move around the pillows to my liking & mood!

The couch cushions are not attached to the couch. Not even the butt cushions. The chaise doesn't attach at all. It is in 4 pieces. The back cushion, butt cushion, the main wooden frame, and the foot frame. All separate. Had the couch for 12 hours and already picking up pieces of the couch and putting back together.

Sectional arrived with a hole in the box and a tear in top center on the back. Disappointing. I love the firmness and the color is perfect. Took 2 months to finally have it delivered, now I have to spend more time trying to get the sectional replaced.

Not real leather 80% polyester 20 % leather fibers. Stitching came unraveled in areas. Did not even look like leather

JUNK, cheap poor construction!! Shame on Sam's Club for selling this junk and worse selling it as Leather!! Bonded leather in NOT LEATHER!!!

This is pretty firm, which I like. Packaged very well and the reversible option is huge. For the money I don't think you can go wrong.

I bought this couch not even a year ago, the seams are coming apart where you sit. I have contacted the company with no response.
