30% leather

The first one delivered was torn. That stuff happens. Once the second one was delivered I thought it looked kind of plasticy. Well low and behold under the ottoman is a tag that states 30% leather, 70% polyurethane. I was under the impression bonded leather was the majority leather ( like 60% or so) and the rest polyurethane. Why even bother with leather at all at that percentage? 2 stars for being decent if y

So sad!

We were so excited to have our sofa/chaise & ottoman delivered this morning after donating our furniture to a needy family. We were very happy with quality, however found 2 big 4" rips in leather on left side of sofa & 2 forklift tong punctures in box. This is discontinued & we don't want to return, just praying they can either send someone to repair or give us $ to hire someone to repair. I have pictures, but phone wasn't allowing me to send
