- 3 out of 5 stars review6/3/2009I used to love the Bounty Select-a-size paper towels. If I went into someone's house and they didn't use them, I recommended them. But since the new thicker version came out, they've been completely annoying. It is nearly impossible to tear the sheets cleanly--even when you take your time! And I for one do not have time to carefully tear papertowels. Usually when I need one it's to quickly clean up a spill. Please, please please please fix this, Bounty!!

I was excited to get these free for review because I have used them in the past and now remember why I love them so much. While they are on the expensive side, you will use less than you would with other brands since one sheet absorbs so much!

I have 2 dogs (senior dogs) and sometimes I come home from work and there are messes to clean. These paper towels are great because you can select the size you want for the mess you have to clean. They are super absorbent and you don’t feel like you’re wasteful. They truly are amazing!! I highly recommend them!

I use them in the bathroom instead of hand towels and you only need a half of the towel to dry your hands. I also use these to do all of the house hold cleaning and do not worry about spreading germs like you do with a sponge. I clean everything from the toilet to washing dishes. The towels hold up no matter what task I set out to accomplish. Very absorbent, inexpensive and handy.

I “caved” one day and got a 12 pack. I am glad I did because these paper towels are very strong! They can be reused as well. Just ring out the water and let air dry. This is sort of a problem for me since I live in an apartment and have to be creative with storage...(closet floors, under beds, etc.) the unwrapped rolls present a problem. Wrap the rolls!

When I started buying towels on my own, I always ended up going back to Bounty brand. Bounty may be more expensive than other brands, but you just can't beat them. They always clean up whatever liquid spills, easily. I even use them to clean dishes at times, as they don't fall apart in water. Need to clean a window, walls, or other surfaces? Bounty holds up to the job. My experience with other brands, either smear, spread the mess around, or you have to use triple the amount of towel. And now - with select a size, I can use even less paper towel to get the job done, if need be! Well done, Bounty!

They’re slightly larger than a typical half-size sheet, which gave me enough coverage without wasting extra sheets. The select a size product is not the same quality as full size sheets. In my humble opinion, the select a size have less ply than the full sheets and do not cover enough surface area; now I have to use a lot more paper towels than I should.
