We're sad to hear that you're not experiencing the great Bounty quality that you're used to, but we're always eager to know when you've purchased some product that doesn't meet our standards. The only changes that have been made to our towels in recent years were upgrades in thickness and absorbency, to help make cleaning even quicker for you. We'd love to learn more and make this up to you; just give us a call at (800) 926-8689 at your earliest convenience.

We certainly appreciate your loyalty to Bounty, and we're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We can assure you that our paper towels go through many quality checks to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition. The last change we made to this product was in February 2021, when we upgraded them to trap and lock messes even faster. They also feature a new emboss. We do heavily feedback such as this, and we'll be sure to pass this along to the rest of our team. We'd be happy to learn more about your experience, so please give us a call at (800) 926-8689 when you're able.

So thrilled to know that Bounty is the number one for you! Thank you so much for the review and support!
