Since Covid, there's been a marked change in the quality of these paper towels. They're thinner and rougher. Quality also seems to depend on where you buy them. After a lifetime of being a loyal customer, I will switch to another brand. Very disappointing!

So twice now bought a 6 roll pack of "select a size sheets" that do not have the perforation for half size sheets. The sheets are all full size. This is very annoying since I prefer half sheets. Are your packages being misprinted? I have a photo of the package where it clearly says "select a size" showing perforation for half sheets but they are not perforated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used Bounty paper products for a long time but I loved trying these. The select a size is so helpful. Using paper towels is convenient but sometimes feels wasteful as you only need a little for small thing. This works great to pick how much you actually need.

I have purchased hundreds of rolls of Bounty paper towels and have occasionally got a roll of bad quality but all the rolls in the last 6-pack I bought were thin and easily fell apart when wet. I can understand cost cutting measures in this economy but your product is no longer worth the money.

I love your Bounty paper towels and have always looked forward to your seasonal prints, especially the fall and holiday prints. I wrote earlier regarding the availability of the fall prints and was told they were on the way. To my dismay, they are still not in the stores, with no hope of finding them anytime soon. Please bring them back or tell me where to order them.

I love the product although it is a bit pricey, but I still feel that I am getting my moneys's worth. Each store varies on their prices related to profit margin and markup, and this I understand. If you could help with the stabilization of pricing that would be excellent, or my wish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love bounty select a size. Being a single mom, the select a size works wonders from the littlest spill to a major catastrophe!!!! My daughter is great at getting her own paper towels!! This helps to make sure she isn't taking too much!!! Thanks bounty!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bounty select-a-size towels. I have been buying these for my family for years because I know they work. I rip off a few at a time for wiping counters and mirrors with spray cleaner. I use one at a time for when I'm grabbing a snack. When the dog's a mess I can pick only as many as I need. The large rolls just fit on my under cabinet mounted holder. I anticipate continuing to purchase these convenient towels for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These paper towels seem to really go a little further than my normal brand. I used these to clean and one paper towel cleaned my window when I would usually need 2. I think these are a lot more absorbant than other brands and I'll gladly purchase these again.

It’s obvious there’s been some distinct changes to the paper towels. They feel like any other cheap paper towels they absorb much worse, you can feel the difference. It’s a shame you decided to cheapen them. However, I can buy any paper towels because you’re the same as everyone else.
