- 1 out of 5 stars review4/8/2023I couldn’t believe how poor the quality is with the new select the size towels. I said to my husband we bought Bounty, right? I thought it was some sort of prank that was being played on me. I’m not sure why the towels have changed, but they do not work the same as they used to. I am now going to be searching out a different brand. Unfortunately, you will be losing a loyal customer unless you change it back to the original. These are like cheap dollar store towels and fall apart when you use them and don’t absorb.

Bounty Select-A-Size paper towels save me money by allowing me to use only what I need to get the job done. And since they are 2X more absorbent, that means even more savings.

But we do have one question: Why do some multi-roll packages of the same number of rolls have the rolls individually wrapped and others do not? We don't have a preference, but merely find this curious.

I have been buying Bounty towels and napkins for years and years. Do you save that much by only selling plain white that you won't even give us the choice? I am forced to switch to Sparkle towels because they still have prints. I refuse to buy plain white towels OR napkins. You've lost a customer and it's too bad because I like the quality.

This is NOT satisfactory and we won't buy these towels in the future. VERY aggrivating and we unpackaged the towels and stored them in a closet before discarding the wrapper. Now we can't return the remainder to the store for a refund.

I used half of a towel as a filter and was able to make myself a perfect cup of coffee using the water from the tea kettle. The towel never broke. So impressed that boiling water didn’t tear through! Excellent cup of coffee, thank you!

I would find myself ripping other paper towels in half because I didn't want to waste a whole one on a small accident so I love that I can choose the size depending on the job.

Mpiggy - 1 out of 5 stars review2/16/2015I have always used Bounty Select A Size, but my last purchase of 12 Huge Rolls=30 Regular Rolls was very disappointing. The perforations don't work. The size of the tube on one of the rolls was at least an inch shorter than the others. The two ply sheets come apart. I see others complaining about this also, so I hope you go back to the original product. In the meantime, I am stuck with the equivalent of 30 rolls of a poor quality product.

jenniferha30 - 5 out of 5 stars review5/17/2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all kinds of paper towels with select-a-size and even without, but these are the best by far because no matter the size of a spill you need far less then the others. the nice thing about these are they are not rough or stiff they can be used as napkins or even tissues in a pinch and they are very durable when they are wet. i always buy the huge rolls because they last the longest

kygrannyof6 - 1 out of 5 stars review3/22/2023I opened my latest package of Bounty Select a Size and had to do a double take because what I was holding does not look or feel like the bounty towels I’m used to. I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea to reduce the quality but you need to put it back. I grew up on bounty towels and because they’ve been superior to other brands, I’ve continued to buy them for the last 20 years as an adult. No other brand could compare. Now I have no reason to pay a premium because these feel and preform like a lower quality brand. Fix it.

I seek them out because I think they are the best, but recently I have noticed that the towels are not the same as they used to be. First, the towels are rougher--even my husband asked me if I am buying different paper towels as they are so rough (and he never notices anything-lol) . Secondly, they do not tear nicely like they used to. In fact, sometimes the perforation does not even go all the to the top. All in all, not a happy camper....

Bounty Paper Towels Are Always Worth It

I've always bought cheap store brands, but after I found Select-a-Size towels I changed over to Bounty. I appreciate the quality of the product, but the ability to tear off a small sheet is really what sold me. It's nice to see a company market such a smart product instead of encouraging waste!
