Very uncomfortable, center sagged after 2 weeks, sides are breaking down.

Very comfortable for me since I have had 6 back surgeries and 2 neck surgeries. The support of the mattress is great.

We got the extra firm mattress, and I have already noticed less back and neck pain in the week that we have been sleeping on it. My fiancé is 6’4 and 260lbs, so we were a little worried about how he would be supported, but he has been extremely comfortable and has woken up far less throughout the night. We are both mixed sleepers (back, stomach, side, helicopter…) and neither of us have woken up with any discomfort. My fiancé and I are both furnaces when we sleep, and so far it has done a great job at keeping us both cool. This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have owned, and I am excited to see how it holds up over the next few years!

It’s the perfect balance of firmness and comfort. The firmness ensures proper support, but it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on a rock—it still has enough cushion to cradle your body. Before this, I had a Tempur-Pedic bed that started sinking in after some time and never regained its shape, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was most excited about the cooling feature and I found this bed to be much more breathable than my previous Stearns and Foster mattress. The Serta Perfect Sleeper had the right balance of softness and comfort but provides support for my body. I was afraid that it would be a little too plush but it wasn’t. I would definitely purchase this again. And will definitely recommend this mattress!

For one, there was no way to tell what the particular indicators for each mattress meant (not here or online) so I had to choose blindly. It ended up being too firm for me personally. The delivery got rescheduled 3 times, and pushed back almost a month. I can’t imagine how frustrating that would be if I didn’t already have a mattress. It also is not memory foam, so it was delivered in a huge box (not vacuum sealed as I am used to). I think this would be great for someone who likes a firm mattress because I don’t make a dent in it - it doesn’t make for a super comfortable night of sleep for me.
