The TV is fine, but who is the moron who designed the remote?... Did you think peoples' hands are teenie tiny?... The buttons are waaaay too small, and are not designed such that you can actually figure out what the heck they're for. The whole thing needs to be redesigned FOR HUMAN HANDS...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently decided to splurge & buy a Samsung TV for myself, which I was hesitant to do because supposedly there are tons of other models currently available that are just as good and for 1/2 the cost, but man am I extremely pleased I chose this TV!! The Crystal UHD 4k's picture is beautiful & crystal clear & its got the best sound out of any tv I've ever owned! Sounds was one of my biggest issues & complaints with all my previous tv's, but not anymore! it's no longer an issue at all. The Crystal UHD 4k has superb sound, I only wish I could afford to run out and buy a Samsung soundbar/surround sound system so I could take advantage of the Q-Symphany features this model offers, because I'm sure it will be epic, but I'll definitely be saving up for it or maybe I'll get lucky and someone will buy it for me for my upcoming birthday?! I love this tv for all the features that are important when buying a TV and all the less important aspects, such as the apps/homescreen layout functionality &/or its annoying-not thought-out very well and Not user friendly- remote control, well these insignificant cons are not even a concern & I'd recommend this tv w/out ever giving those Cons a second thought; because in comparison to all the other tv models I've owned- THIS SAMSUNG TV KICKS ALL OF THEIR BUTTS!! this model was well worth every penny paid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our television daily to watch all types of programming including news, sports and movies. It has a great picture but in my opinion there are a few shortfalls as well. The audio on this television is not as enticing as on our previous set. Also adding apps and using the remote is rather cofusing. The menu shows that there is voice commands yet nothing on the remote that allows to activate voice command. Overall, for the price, it's a great television but I would have paid more to have an enhanced sound system and a better remote control.

TV is great, good color, easy to hook up. The controller for this TV is a n nightmare to operate, Samsung you need to make a remote control that is a lot easier to operate, it is small and light in a person's hand, but i will take a 1lb remote that would be easy for a 70+ boomer to operate. If I would of known it was to like it is presently, I would of bought a competing brand, one with a simple remote, not one designed by a PHD computer nerd who is completely unqualified and doing the unnecessary to do a simple function. I enjoy the fact that the operating system now allows selecting my cable package just like a streaming app. My other Samsung requires switching inputs or moving to app selection. The picture is excellent

This TV has a great picture and features my only complaint is the wifi hardware in the TV seems to be weak. I have an amazon fire tv cube located underneath the TV on a stand which connects better to the internet that I use for streaming apps instead of the TV. I dont understand why the amazon cube connects better but when I use the TV wifi it works intermittently working for about an hour then disconnects. On the TV I am using the 2.4 band, I have also tried the 5.0 band but the results are the same.Also I like the older samsung remotes with number buttons compared to this new version. I like the new remote as it needs no batteries I just would rather have more manual functions. Half of the remote is Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Samsung Plus. I dont not find these buttons useful. Although the remote is workable

Back into the gaming aspect, the TV features a Gaming Hub, with access to Xbox gamepass cloud gaming, Luna and GETForce now. The gaming hub also allows to explore new and upcoming gaming from xbox and has very good integration with Xbox to allow seamless access to people like me who own the console. Other features available that help improve gaming is the available AMD freesync premium that allows smooth game play 2ith the variable refresh rate, additionally it also features a low latency mode on the Xbox that works great. Lastly the TV features a game mode you could enable along these, which helps manage picture quality, smoothness and HDR to ensure good 4k quality and smooth accurate HDR experience.
