I ordered on-line in May, it was delivered to my door step within the time-frame as stated. Delivery guy was very polite. I love this dining set. The Lazy-Susan in center is removable. This is a very study and well made collection. The swivel chairs are very comfortable. The Sunbrella fabric on seat cushion make it so easy to care for by just rinsing off with the hose.

Have admired this set on-line for some time and was fortunate to buy it when offered as a "price reduction" item. We love the set and welcome every chance to sit outdoors and enjoy it. Well made and arrived in great shape. May need extra assistance to set it up but well worth it when you get to use it. Highly recommend this purchase.

We ordered the Madison from SAMs on line shopping in 2015. It took 9 weeks to recieve due to shipping . When it arrived the edge of the table had been crushed in shipping. It took 5 weeks before they came back to take it away. We ordered again in May 2016 hoping for a different outcome. Once again waiting 10 weeks for the order to arrive. When it did the box looked great but the edge of the table was crushed. The shippers took the table back that day. After much hassle phoning, and tracking what the problem was SAMs re ordered and tried to expedite shipping. The set finally arrived two weeks ago, October 2016 undamaged (not bad it only took two years and three tries). We will never order anything large from SAMS again. If it is not in the store ready to take home they can keep it. The table is beautiful and we hope to enjoy it next spring and summer 2017, because it is too late for this year.

This is the perfect size for our Lanai. The chairs are comfortable and the lazy susan is a great feature. We get compliments on our table everytime someone comes over

I purchased this summer. I placed a cover over my patio set and it looks brand new. I love sitting out side watching my kids while they swim. This was worth every penny. Also the table is very heavy, which is good because it gets windy at my home

We received the set a few days ago. I was very concerned when I saw the tables packaging. It was VERY beat up! But thankfully it was in good shape. While we were putting it together we noticed a couple of minor scratches. Also one of the legs had a bit of a defective bend to it. We did a little adjustment and it will be fine. It's a very nice set. Heavy, comfortable and well made. It generously seats 6 people. Other than the small imperfections I'm very happy with it.

I bought a second Madisown 8-Piece Patio Set. The first was bought two years ago for my house. The present one was bought for my wife's house in VA. Clearly we love it. Shipping caused a small table dent and two scratches but the good folks at Sam's Customer Service allowed me a nice rebate. I strongly recommend this beautiful patio set.

Beautiful table , very comfortable chairs well made nit to hard to put together. A few facial flaws on surface of the table. Love the removable lazy suzan on the table.

Nice looking from the picture but once received it looks a little "cheep" It's heavy because of the center piece but the metal parts are very light. My friends have commented that it looked much better in the picture. Not only that, the delivery man, when helping to get it in my back yard, caused damage to the edges as he rolled it on concrete. I was going to keep quite about all of this but Sam's Club keeps sending requests for a review (very annoying). After the third request, I decided to "tell all."

I've had this set for about two months now and one of the seat cushions has already ripped (with very little time sitting in them) and some of the paint has been flaking off the table in several different spots. I have called Samsclubonline.com and they agreed to send me a replacement table as well as seat cushion since the set is still under warranty. I have yet to receive the replacement product so stay tuned........
