I purchased back in Nov. 2017, and the igniter has already gone out. You can no longer use it with out the igniter, it won't say lit.  I guessing the manufacturer changed something, because this heater did have good reviews. It will be returned this weekend.

This patio heater is well made & puts out alot of heat.  It is very tall tho so I couldn't use it under my patio area as planned.  Beautiful bronze surface.  A great buy at a great price

Such a great buy!

I bought this during Thanksgiving. It came and I was not able to put it together right away. I opened up the box this weekend, laid out all the parts and tore down the boxes......i'm halfway through putting it together when I see there is a 2” dent on the gas cylinder housing unit. I would like to return it but that means I would have to take it back apart, put the darn box back together and ship it back. Then I won't have a replacement back in time for when I need to use it.......let alone the hassle of going through all that. The unit seems nice......just the shipping sucked. Beware.

Came dented

Works great  I really enjoy using it. I am a 75 year old woman, and had no problem with assembly. The only problem and the reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is the round housing where the propane tank fits is already assembled and the top part was dented and 3  rivets came loose  I have a friend with a rivet gun and he was able to fix it for me  if not for him I would have had to exchange it  He has the same unit and had no problem.
