I am really happy I purchased this outdoor heater. It is a good quality heater and looks much more expensive than the price. Definitely recommend it!

This product was very easy to assemble. Currently using on a patio with a roof, keeps a very large area warm on the low heat setting in 45 - 50 degree temps. Very happy with purchase

It was a hit with for our tree lighting extravaganza . It was warm and cozy for our guest outdoors as we lit our tree . Great purchase and plus to our backyard.

Works great I really enjoy using it. I am a 75 year old woman, and had no problem with assembly. The only problem and the reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is the round housing where the propane tank fits is already assembled and the top part was dented and 3 rivets came loose I have a friend with a rivet gun and he was able to fix it for me if not for him I would have had to exchange it He has the same unit and had no problem.

This gas patio heater was not expensive but it's very expensive to operate. One grill sized propane tank lasts for about ten hours. Those tanks cost almost $20 to trade in. I live in North West Florida. It's chilly this time of year and we were using one tank in two days. Too expensive to use at that rate.

I bought this during Thanksgiving. It came and I was not able to put it together right away. I opened up the box this weekend, laid out all the parts and tore down the boxes......i'm halfway through putting it together when I see there is a 2” dent on the gas cylinder housing unit. I would like to return it but that means I would have to take it back apart, put the darn box back together and ship it back. Then I won't have a replacement back in time for when I need to use it.......let alone the hassle of going through all that. The unit seems nice......just the shipping sucked. Beware.

I ordered 2 of these units. One unit arrived with the deflector part and middle stem part already bent. The other unit looks fine. Hopefully both will be operational for a long time.

I'm still trying to but this thing together as it came damaged and missing bolts, but such a pain to try to take back to the store when u order online

I had to return it to the store the day after i assembler it. One of the braces that hold the shaft broke. Bad welding job. Would not recommend this product.

I bought this Nov 11 at the one day sale it has two issues. Often when you turn the knob to ignite it, the heater will not light. Also, sometimes when it does light with the button depressed, the fore goes out when you let the button push out after 30 seconds. I had a similar patio heater for 4 years and loved it but this heater is junk!
