When we got this slide for my sons 5th birthday we loved it! He used it maybe 4 times and a HUGE hole happened at a seam! I called sports power and emailed them and they said they would send me a replacement because it was covered by warranty. Here I am a month later writing this review and I STILL have yet to receive my replacement and they now will not answer my calls or return my emails!

I bought this, a month ago, and the seam under the climbing wall busted open. We follow all rules with regards to weight limits, care, etc. It also started collecting water internally which made it hard to move and drain water. Now our young ones are devastated because there is still an entire month to go of summer and their main form of water entertainment is done! And two unhappy parents who spent a lot of money on a product only for it to fall apart. Not sure if it can be repaired. We threw the box away so not even sure if Sam's club will allow us to return it. The kids absolutely loved the waterslide while they had it.

I bought this slide for my 3 boys, ages 5,10,13. I did so much so research prior to making the purchase. I wanted something that all my boy could get on and something that was of durable material. I recommend this product. It holds up well. I bought a bonzai last year and it was terrible. I normally don't do reviews but this slide is worth it. I, myself have got on it and I weigh 180 or so.

The pictures shown must be a different version of the water park. The pool area is about half the size and there is no basketball hoop.
