Overandback 16-Piece Square Porcelain Dinnerware Set

Scratched and paint has a lot of runs in it

Opened the box and the plates are chipped

My plates arrived chipped

these are not black more of a chocolate brown...also many of the plates had bad scratches on them

The dinnerware is exactly what I was looking for and doesn't get hot to the touch after using the microwave.  Additionally the coffee cup handle is a larger size allowing for more finger space.  It would have received 5 stars if the large dinner plate would rotate in the microwave (it's a little too large to turn on the carousel) and one of the cups was not cracked upon arrival.
