Cushions are nice and have sustained their shape and support so far (we have had it a year). However, the back of the couch leans forward making it very uncomfortable (and yes it is put together correctly), we will be looking for something to replace it very soon.

Color not what was pictured!

Couch has a horrific chemical smell. Only 3 holes lined up to put the furniture together, the rest weren't even close. In the directions it said to not allow animals on it! Would have been good to know beforehand. Returned same day!

Aesthetically very lovely. However this is VERY cheaply made. There is no support under the "cushion. The cushions actually come zipped up to the inside of the base unit. The feet on this are also very cheap plastic. If you have kids or heavier people this is not the sofa for you as one good jump on it and it will break. The material is not high quality but is nicely colored. I can see it fading fast though if in direct sunlight. But if this is not an everyday sofa for you then it will work fine. The "L" section part is just a footstool and does not connect to the sofa. Also - I can not stress this enough..look at the measurements! This is a very short sofa - no where near as tall as the photo makes it seem. All in all I got what I paid for. Its definitely not the worst, but is a far cry from the best.

I just received this sofa after purchasing over a month ago. My 1st impression was...Meh. The Charcoal color is darker than depicted on line. The fabric is not comfortable on bare skin. It has a bite to it like wool. The sofa has an overall cheap feel and look to it. I would never have paid full price. I'm still tempted to it return now. However, my teen picked it out and he likes it. So what do you do? It was pretty easy to assemble with 2 people. It fits nicely in a smallish living space. It's dark color helps hide any spills. Nice length for lounging if you're under 5' 8". I would not buy again.

Returned couch the same day it arrived. It will fit 3 small children comfortably but couch is only good for 2 adults. Ottoman isn't stable as well
