I like this product better than the original but I still feel with longer term use, my nasal passages can get dry and experience some bleeding. It is an effective product that was recommended by my doctor. I switch to NasaCort in the Winter.

Been using Flonase since before it went OTC. Made the mistake of trying the new packaging. It requires a great deal of hand strength to spray. My wife can't make it work, so now I get to spray it for her.

I appreciated that they had a sensitive mist because I hate the harsh nasal sprays... this really wasn’t bad at all so I was much less anxious to use it.
