I went to the doctor and he told me to take a Zyrtec as needed and it would help. The nose spray is very important to prevent allergies. Ever since I started using Flonase it has helped a lot!!

I really like this Flonase Sensi mist as it did give me very long relief from my allergies. I have been using Flonase for for 10 years. I live in Austin Texas --We are not only the music capital Austin is Allergy capital of the world, so a Flonase has been kept me allergy symptom free. I love the new Sensimist product because it is much easier to use and the soft pleasant mist is soothing to my sometimes sore nose.
