I used to spend my weekends indoors to avoid being anywhere near the pollen that covers everything. The headaches, ear pain and constant stuffy nose was too much for me to handle. I was excited to try Flonase to see if it would help clear my nose so that I could breathe better. My first impression of Flonase was awesome! Not only was there just a mild flavor, but I felt better within a couple hours. I have been using it for about 2 weeks not and the headaches have subsided and I have had no ear pain! I have had to use a little bit of saline nasal spray in between doses but that is the only drawback. Thank you Flonase!

I have had allergies all of my life and for the past 2 years, I have had the worse allergies of my life! Nothing would help, I would take pills daily, nasals sprays and even Flonase. I have even go so to see a head, throat and nose doctor. The other day, I saw the commercial for this new sensimist. I cannot tell you if the ingredients changed or it's just the way it's distributed in my nose, but I FEEL GREAT!!! I can finally breath again and have not taken an pills in 3 days. Thank you for whatever you did to this product. I highly recommend it to anyone with severe allergies like me!!! I SERIOUSLY CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The instructions come with step-by-step how to with pictures. You first have to blow your nose Ament in your nostril, breathe and spray. Very easy to do and I had no reaction.

It took a couple of days to get the full effect but I am so glad I tried it. You can barely feel the mist going in and it doesn't leave you with dreaded constantly dripping nose afterward and it doesn't dry you out either. Give it a try!
