I used it for my son and could see the difference in his breathing pattern. It definitely helped him to breathe more freely through the nights. Recommend!

Been using Flonase since before it went OTC. Made the mistake of trying the new packaging. It requires a great deal of hand strength to spray. My wife can't make it work, so now I get to spray it for her.

Works well! However, be careful with positioning. I was holding it too close to my lip the first time I used it, and it pinched my upper lip when I pressed the button. Ouch.

Lately I have been using this one spray in each nostril. I don’t feel like this is as effective as the pills but it’s easy to use maybe I just have to use a longer
