[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this Flonase has been working well for my congestion. But the spray is so light I can barely tell if I have done it correctly. I think I would prefer it to be the traditional pump top.

This mist is so fine and the spray is so gentle it's hard to know that you got the right dose Other sprays are harsh and the spray is so strong that you have no doubts about the dose I guess symptom relieve will have to be the decieding factor

The best out there for nasal sprays. It’s a mist so it doesn’t immediately drain down the back of your throat like the single sprays do. I have bad seasonal allergies and when I use it I almost forget I have allergies at all, it’s great!
