Works a lot better than the pills. Doesn't make you tired like some of the pills and it seems to work faster too. It's easy to use and doesn't leave a mess.

I much prefer the sensimist to the original Flonase. The original is just waaayyy too much product and it always ends up going down my throat. The sensimist is much less and actually feels like it stays in my nose and works better.
