Doesn’t squirt so much it chokes you. I will say you will get some down the throat so you will taste a little bit but it’s not that bad. I will say it is a bit pricey that’s the one down side. It’s still worth it because it does work great!!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this stuff! The whole family uses it for allergies and it really helps. In combination with Zyrtec it keeps our allergies at bay and we can have a normal day without sneezing

I find the Sensimist much easier and more comfortable for me to use. It is not strongly scented like others. Flonase works the best for me with daily use during high allergy times.

It’s such a fine mist that it’s actually difficult to know you actually got the spray, so you need to be diligent about inhaling deeply enough to bring the spray through the sinuses.

It doesn’t work perfectly but it does help with my allergies. It’s very u comfortable to spay in your nose too. Overall I like this product but it needs some improvements.
