The protein meal bar has a chewy and gooey texture and has bits of fruit and crunchy cereal texture. I like the taste which has a mild strawberry taste and isn't overall sugary. I like that there is a lot of vitamins in this protein bar so it's a great treat to have and fills my cravings for having a candy bar. There are 12 grams of protein in the bar and does not have any weird after taste like some other protein bars.

I love how easy it is to just have one along in my bag all day and then pull it out when I get hungry, and it feels substantial and healthy, like I'm doing something good for my body. I eat a lot of protein bars and some have a chemically taste, but these don't, they are really nice. I also love that these hold up and don't get misshapen if they fall to the bottom of my bag.
