[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor was pretty good not to sweet, just a bit artificial/bitter tasting strawberry flavor. Is very similar to a Luna bar.....kripies and not dense. Overall I would buy for meal replacment.

Great for intermittent fasting. I eat one meal a day but sometimes need a boost mid day. These are very satisfying snack to break my fast but not eat a big meal.
