I never noticed before, but the fruit inside is strawberry flavored cranberries. The taste is okay, but I don't notice an increase in energy. Maybe it's because of the sugar. Not a bad treat if you don't mind the 180 calories.

These bars were perfect, I loved them! I run ultra distances and used these as fuel to keep me going. The new recipe is sticky sweet and tastes artificial. Bring back the old taste so I don't have to look for a new bar! Please!
