[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went into this not sure if I would like it since most protein bars are dry and boring. I was wrong! This is a protein bar I can eat and enjoy from the flavor to the texture it's great. Would definitely recommend trying it!

I took it before I went to the gym and it helped me by satisfying my hunger for over 3 or 4 hours.I usually have a hard time of snacking after the gym but not now when I eat this before I go. I also love how the white coating is so smooth tasting! I will be purchasing some more soon and im so excited to try the other different flavor special K protein meal bars.

I and my family prefer the fruit flavored ones, but the have peanut butter and a few different chocolate flavored combinations as with caramel. The bars taste great and are convenient. They are satisfying to quench your hunger or just to satisfy your sweet tooth craving.
