This definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and hunger. Next I would love to try the blueberry, and the chocolatey chip cookie dough flavors.

You taste a hint of strawberry when you first bite into the bar. Then you get the crunch and chewy texture of the bar itself. The 12 g protein per bar is a nice amount of protein and adds something to my snack that makes me feel I'm eating healthier and better. I give four stars instead of 5 because I feel that they are very expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these Special K Protein Meal Bars, the texture is a good mix of crunchy and chewy. There are bits of real fruit in it. The outside coating makes it almost like you are eating a bowl of special K cereal. These have a nice strawberry flavor and even have bits of what appears to be dried strawberries in them. I eat these on break at work and it feels great to get the extra energy. Great for for a quick breakfast.

The fresh strawberry flavor is evident but not too prominent, which I like. I found them to be a good mix of crunchy and chewy. The outside coating is sweet but not overly so, which is another plus for me. One bar filled me up. I imagine children would enjoy these, and would be an easy breakfast or after school snack. Next I would like to try the blueberry flavor.

These are perfect for on the go and I really like that they have 9 grams of fiber also. I can't wait to try the other flavors.

That’s not uncommon with protein meal bars so I think most people would expect that. But it is not like the normal special K bars in that regard. I did eat one for dinner last night and it was enough and kept me full and I was not craving something else to eat.
