Also good for a midday snack. It’s full of strawberry flavor. I will definitely purchase again. Can’t wait to try other flavors.

The protein bar definitely satisfied my hunger in between meals which was great! I also tried eating one for breakfast and it had no problem holding me over until lunch! Count,coming in at 12 grams, the meal bar left me hungry before my lunch was over. Convent to grab as a snack, taste is not too sweet. The texture was hard on my teeth and had to eat it Slowly.

My husband took a bite and was disgusted, but it definitely wasn’t that bad. I’m not a stranger to health protein bars so I feel these are on par, but I’ve had better for sure. I’d be interested in the brownie option.
