First off the size is great the texture is nice too it's not like other protein bars out there and the flavor is yummy doesn't have a hard gummy chalky taste. The packaging is eye catching makes you want to have more. I would say after eatting I was not hungry for a good while. I would highly recommend for on the go or trips I cant wait to try the blueberry next!

I guess it really depends on your tastes, and I prefer something that is not dipped, adding to the sweetness. The flavor is artificial, again the coating does not help. It's almost chalky and very artificial.

We loved the strawberry flavor and the great soft but chewy texture of the bars. The strawberry coating wasn't too thick, it was the perfect ratio for the bar. I noticed my sugar cravings subside and we all felt satiated after one bar. They fit great into our workouts and don't add too many ineeded calories. Easy to slip into a gym bag or purse. We can't wait to try the blueberry variety.

I took it before I went to the gym and it helped me by satisfying my hunger for over 3 or 4 hours.I usually have a hard time of snacking after the gym but not now when I eat this before I go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try Kellog's Special K Strawberry Protein bar. These proteins bar are excellent tasting. They do not have the grit that some other protein bars have. It does taste like strawberries! The texture is great and you can see the pieces of strawberry inside. The coating on the outside just adds that little extra. It's great that the bar is packed with vitamins, protein and fiber. I am glad I got these and I recommend Kellog's Special K Protein bars.
