These bars contain a good amount of protein as well as fiber, so they can fill you up and give energy. My husband eats one every morning in place of cooking breakfast. I found the bars to be tasty and satisfying.

These Kellogg's Special K Strawberry Protein Bars had a weird grain like strawberry flavor and a really hard texture and yucky after taste. In no way though did they keep me full like i was expecting for a protein bar. Its been two months since i redeemed my coupon for a free box and i still have five out of the ten bars left...So that tells you...

Back in the day there was a product called Fi-Bar. One flavor was berry/ covered in white chocolate/yogurt. I tried for decades to find them but discontinued permanently. These are SO close in flavor and texture. Finally a protein/meal bar that does not taste like chocolate candy bar.

I love the healthy ingredients and that it isn't too high in calories. The strawberry flavor is an amazing and the bar has a great texture. I like these for breakfast or a mid day snack and definitely recommend them.

I've wanted to try these Special K Protein bars for awhile and I wish I hadn't. They are a waste of money. The texture and taste are awful and so is the after taste. I will not buy these again. It's going to be a struggle to get through this box. I miss the old Special K strawberry bars. I wish they would bring those back. I just can't with these protein bars. Yuck.

They were true to taste and tasted like strawberries but it also had that dry taste that A lot of protein bars have in my opinion. I like that it is also 12g of protein in one bar which is a lot. So I will definitely be trying the other flavors they have. It gave me the boost of energy i needed to start my morning and I also liked the creamy coating it had on it also. They are a little pricey but for all the nutrients you are getting it is worth it to me. I recommend you try them.

The flavor, the texture, the 12g of protein, and the 9g of fiber make this a total knockout in the protein bar category! I have tried many different protein bars that taste bland or chemically altered, but Special K has set the bar high with these protein bars! Nice job Special K! I am a HUGE fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bars are very tasty, the ratio of yogurt coating to bar is perfect and they have a great amount of strawberry flavor. They are a little too sweet for breakfast for me but they would be an excellent lunch alternative for when I have a sweet tooth. they are a little grainy when you chew them, but not excessively. I would purchase these bars again based on the flavor, the cost is very reasonable and the amount of protein per bar is fantastic.

I could not taste any strawberry. The bars did help satisfy my hunger. My friends and family also tried these strawberry bars. I do believe they will be a good snack for my teenage grandchildren during their sporting events. I am going to go back and get the chocolate caramel bars and try them.
