I was impressed that it is completely naturally flavored and has no synthetic colors or dyes. These taste great and is really satisfying. I like the strawberry flavor a lot. They were not hard but instead had a soft and chewy texture with a nice amount of strawberry flavor! They became apart of my daily routine and enjoyed one as my meal replacement after my daily work outs. Kellogg’s offers a variety of flavors, which I like and the bars are moist and flavorful, not dry and tasteless like some protein bars. The only drawback is they are smaller than the average protein bar however they are less expensive than most.
