A little on the sweet side for my preferences and a little higher in calories and sugar than my normal bars but these work in a pinch. Would definitely buy again but would not go out of the way to find. Pretty scarce in stores around me.

These bars contain a good amount of protein as well as fiber, so they can fill you up and give energy. My husband eats one every morning in place of cooking breakfast. I love to keep a bar in my purse or car for those on the go moments when a drive thru seems appealing. The flavor is subtle, and a little chalky but not like other bars can be overwhelming.

Great flavor and texture, I wish my store would have had more flavors to choose from. Also would have been nice to be able to buy a multi pack as to be able to try a variety of flavors.
