I am not sure what Tempurpedic changed with their product, but not the same :(. So disappointed with the recent purchase. The last mattress as purchased in 2008 and they no longer manufacture that model. New model that Tempurpedic recommended as closest match was Luxe Adapt.

My mattress, Tempur-pedic lux adapt 2.0 is too soft, and very hot. It also feels like I'm rolling downhill or that I have to climb to up to get to the other side of the mattress, because I feel like I need to make sure I don't create a. Because my impression stays in the mattress. While I like a plush mattress, this is on the antique vintage side of soft. You are not supposed to sink in to a brand new mattress and be so hot to give me some help. And yes, it does matter where you buy this from because Ashley won't talk to me until Tempur-pedic does their warranty thing and they can't come look at it until August 7 of 2024. Today is May 27, 2024. The mattress was purchased and delivered on April 20th 2024.

After 14 years of lots of use, including a nice bed for the dogs, it has finally had its day. I bought it after I broke my leg and couldn't stand the buttons on my BeautyRest. I chose the mattress because it had no buttons and what the advertising said. I would gladly have spent the rest of my life on it as it got me through a broken femur, a broken arm, a broken foot, and many other illnesses. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, along with IBSD and depression. Until it became impossible to sleep on, the Tempur-Pedic kept me going. I can count on my fingers the number of sleepless nights I've had since adopting my Tempur-Pedic. I now will be purchasing a new system with the adjustable frame. I highly recommend the Tempur-Pedic to everyone. Go lie down on one and find your ideal comfort zone. Sleep tight zzzzzzzzzzz!

The quality of the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Soft Mattress and Bed has increased my sleep from 5 to 6 hours a night. The raised head on the mattress helps if I am reading or watching TV. The elevated legs and feet are a huge asset for the improved circulation needed in my body. I especially love the raised mattress to support my lumber part of the spine with low massage relives me of some of the pain. The worst part of this is I am short and the bed is high. When I get on and off the bed, the sheets gather on one side and I have to straighten them the next morning. Overall, I love the extra rest that I get with elevated head and legs support.

I love my new bed! It has almost eliminated my aches and pains. It provides the right amount of support for my back and, since it conforms to my shape, it eases the pressure on my joints. I must add - the first couple of weeks, I wasn't sure about how I felt about it. But it slowly got more and more comfortable! I found that it needs time to adapt to your body. I think this is important to know! Now, I LOVE it!!

I have had my mattress for about 5 weeks now and I am loving it. At first, it felt really hard and I was nervous, but it has really softened up and is perfect now. It molds to the shape of my body, which helps to relieve stress on my body! I have been sleeping much better than I ever have with my new mattress!

It took some time getting use to,as we have slept on expensive "bad" mattresses for 15 yrs! The tempurpedic sleeps alittle warm,but hasn't compromised the comfort.I haven't been able to sleep on one side due to a hip issue.I am happy to report,it is no longer an issue! Who knew?I am also sleeping sounder,and not waking as much..sometimes over sleeping.So..should have done this year's ago!Love the spinal distraction I get using the zero gravity.

Just received my mattress about a month ago and might I say, It's absolutely amazing! It's a huge step from the mattress I had before. It's soft, comfortable, and it feels just right. With me having to walk around everywhere in the city, working out, etc, this mattress is exactly what I need from a hard day of labor. The mattress I had before the LuxeAdapt didn't compliment the way I sleep so I had rough nights trying to get comfortable and stern. I'm a side sleeper so it compliments the way I sleep it's like I needed a LuxeAdapt. I'm thankful!

We have the firm support mattress, possibly should have taken something less firm. It does provide firm support as long as you are not near the edges. If you are near the edge there is a feeling you are tilting toward that edge. I personally do not feel that I get better sleep/rest with this mattress. Therefore, I think a good mattress at half the price would provide the same sleep/rest as the Tempur-Luxe. Oh, my wife doesn't like it at all. She prefers the Serta mattress that we got rid of.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. After my experience with their warranty department, I actually wouldn't recommend TempurPedic products at all. I submitted a claim and provided the pictures they requested. I get a response saying that in order to qualify for a replacement, the sagging would need to be 3/4" or greater. I think it's comical that they can confidently determine that based on a picture without sending an inspector. When I expressed this, I was told that in some instances, they would send out an inspector for $150, but my product doesn't meet guidelines for this.... The indentation is significant enough to cause my spouse pain on his neck and back.
