I have recently tried to move towards less dairy and wanted to try plan protein options. this item hit the spot. Im not a major processed food person but i liked the ingredients here and it tasted pretty good to me. this one i liked the mint less, but still it was good for those poeple who liked mint like my husband

These protein bars actually taste good. They only have 1 gram of sugar and 8g of fiber and 12g of protein so they are very complete. They are easy to grab for a quick protein boost. The chocolate mint was my favorite, but I like chocolate mint everything. All in all, a good protein bar.

i appreciate the clean ingredients that IQ Bar uses. There is a unique texture to these bars and I believe it is due to the pea protein. I havd had pea protein powder in shakes and feel it is notable in thus product. Nonetheless, there are prebiotics, lion's mane, and has stevia to sweeten it. It's nice to see the ingredient list as it is.

I was pleasantly surprised by the chocolate sea salt, just enough salt, but not too much. I love the ingredients of magnesium MTC's lions, mane, fiber, and protein. The ingredients are clean and basic and I love the there are no artificial sugars super yummy.

As a fan of mint chocolate ice cream I was pleasantly surprised to try the chocolate mint chip bar. It tastes like a regular protein bar, I forget that it's plant protein. I feel a little bit guilty eating them too lol they taste so good! But they have great macros too.
