Finding a good protein bar that vegan well-being, soy free and not full of artificial sweeteners can be pretty difficult and they also taste great but IQ bars does just that Sophie, soy free, vegan friendly and keto with no artificial sweeteners and they taste absolutely great the mint chocolate chip is my favorite the chocolate seesaw caramel is great too. It's great for a grab and go lunch or an on the go breakfast.

I had never heard of or tried IQ bars before, but I'm very pleasantly surprised! The chocolate sea salt flavor is my favorite. The bars are lush and full like biting into a soft brownie and the bars are not overly sweetened like some other bars. I really appreciate the healthy aspects detailed on the box.

I've been looking for more snacks with higher protein; these have 12 grams of protein and they taste good! I'm tickled about finding these.

These are a great quick snack to get more protein in my day. The texture was similar to that of brownie with nuts making the texture familiar and pleasing . I tried the chocolate sea salt variety and loved the flavor. I have not enjoyed plant protein items in the past, so I was so happy to find that the flavor of this bar was so good. The texture was a little bit chalky, I would prefer something more moist. There was an aftertaste that was more reminiscent of the plant protein flavor that I'm not the most fond of. Overall, a very enjoyable product that I would purchase again!

When I first opened the package, I expected the bar to be crumbly and dry. I was pleasantly surprised when it was very moist and very tasty. It does have the stevia aftertaste but I'm willing to deal with that because after looking over the ingredients of these bars, they're the best list BY FAR. Big fan of the MCT oil and magnesium also. Overall it's a pretty good price for the quality of product.

This is my first time trying these bars and I give both flavors a 10/10. The texture is so soft and creamy. The flavor is great especially the chocolate mint chip. I enjoyed that flavor the most. The size of the bar is very reasonable. I used it as a pre workout snack before my workout and I really had the energy I needed after eating the bar. I love the macros on the bar and how filling it is for a snack. I definitely recommend these bars to any athlete or if you just love protein bars like I do.

The bar is decent. It has a sweet chocolate taste but it's somewhat fake. The mint chocolate bar smells minty but the mint flavor is mild. I like the texture of the bar, it is chewy with small crunchy pieces in it. It has a decent amount of protein (12g) for the small size of the bar.

On the mint chocolate chip one it has a good taste to it has a very strong mint taste which I like. It has a good taste it's good a chewy not hard to bite into. The chocolate sea salt one is a good I don't really taste the sea salt on it and more of just chocolate but it still has a good flavor to it. I enjoy have every package shows the amount of sugar and protein on it especially since I follow that stuff and also enjoy it being plant based and still have a good taste since it is hard to find good plant based foods
