IQBAR Protein Bar, Variety Pack, 1.6 oz., 12 ct.

I just purchased these. I recommend not to waste your money. The manufacturer forgot the most crucial part of development. To taste their own product before putting it to market. These taste atrocious.

Worst tasting bar on the market

I love IQ bars.  They are delicious and clean and the ingredients are all good.   They're like dessert, with no guilt.

Prior to this set, Sam's had a 2-flavor pack that included peanut butter (best IQB flavor ever!!) with the chocolate sea salt.  I wish I could get peanut butter and mint chocolate chip (my 2nd fav) because these two are the absolute bets.  Chocolate chip mint tastes like Girl Scout cookies!  The chocolate sea salt is okay - just not fantastically good. It's not terrible (like, unfortunately, their coconut -- ugh) so I'll eat the sea salt in a pinch.

I really love IQ Bars.  Esp Peanut Butter!!!

These are not IT! They are nasty with a Capital N! Tastes like soil with a hint of mint.

Not It

These are excellent protein bar. Good taste and filling. Let’s be real, they are a low carb and minimal sugar content. They aren’t a Hersey bar.

Decent taste low carbs

I tried the IQ protein bars, and I like the clean ingredients, as well as protein content, and total net carbs. What I didn't love however, was the texture or more so the mouth feel if the bar. Once opened, it closely resembles a brownie, except it has a powdery consistency that lingered in my mouth, and wouldn't go away. I also wasn't a fan of the flavor, it wasn't chocolaty, it had more of a carob flavor, and I could not find any pops of salt. The mint was a bit better in terms of flavor, but the texture was still the same, and not something that I enjoyed. While I wouldn't purchase these again, they might meet someone else's dietary needs, and everyone has different likes and dislikes.

The chocolate flavors deliver a rich, satisfying taste with a nice balance of sweetness and saltiness. I appreciate the clean ingredients which allows me to enjoy a guilt-free snack. The bars are filling and convenient, though the texture can be a bit dry compared to other protein bars. They are a solid option for a low-sugar snack that will leave you satisfied.
