Took a month to deliver! Sofa was scuffed on bottom and has a plastic smell that still lingers after 1 week.

Bought this for my kid in college. After it was delivered I wish I bought myself one. Nice couch for the price

Sofa was delivered in perfect condition and very easy to assemble. We love the versatility of switching the chaise section. Very comfortable and stylish.

Quite nice for family room. Will clean easily. Like the gray. Smelled strongly of humid environment it may have been stored in? but I am sure that will fade soon. Delivery and assembly was quick and professional.

Perfect size sectional for a new game room for the teenagers. Very functional and easily rearranged tp fit any activity from gaming, movie night or a sleepover.

I really like this size L sectional it's small but not to small fiit into the room perfectly and has a nice firm seat and armrest are a little hard but all I need is a pillow and it's sleepable.

Arrived in approximately 3 weeks after ordering. we have a TIGHT entrance into our Bonus Room but were able to fit it through the doors easily. Sofa looks good enough for a game/bonus room and provides ample seating. Material doesn't look like HIGH quality leather but the smell of leather and the seating is average to above average of my expectations at this price point. setup literally takes minutes and so far, we are happy with this purchase. Color we purchased was gray and it looks like the pictures posted on the website. We opted for the gray color and color shown online is representative of the real life color.

I can't really rate this item as I never took it out of the box. When it arrived, I was able to get 2 cushions out. At first, I thought they gave me the wrong color. It looked black. Sams club was very cooperative & sent someone to pick it up No Charge.

I wasn't sure if I should take the chance on this item due to the reviews. When the item became a shocking value I decided to buy for the price. Once purchased I received an email telling me date and time of delivery. Came on time box was pretty beaten up I thought here we go, but to my surprise everything was perfect. I have only one complaint which many people spoke of and that is the chemical smell. This product is in a smaller room so I think its taking a while to dissipate. For that reason I gave it 4 stars.
