My friends adore this. Very very easy to set up, hand screw in feet :) Picture doesn't really show great quality of it. Just so the "hardware" didn't scratch the sofa, they stored it in a zippered pouch -which I now use for storage.

Bought this a few weeks ago due to having two dogs and not wanting a fabric that holds hair and odor. I love it! And the dogs haven't damaged it one bit.

That being said, it's very attractive and reasonably comfortable! It was a good value in that aspect. The bonded leather is a lot more PVC-like than leather-like, but I can live with that. We've had it for less than a month though and are already having to repair 2 of the legs on the large ottoman piece. The bolts that hold the screws for the legs slipped or broke, and 2 of the 4 legs are wobbling and we can't put ANY weight on it or fear of snapping off the leg bolts entirely. We are going to have to try and fix it ourselves since there seems to be zero way to get in touch with a human being to help is out on the Sam's Club website. We're sort of stuck with it though. We only dropped $600 on it, but still, we dropped $600 on it, so we pretty much have to keep it for now.

Couch and ottoman looks just like the picture. Delivery took longer than expected. I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the zipper for the storage compartment underneath the couch was broke and cannot be zipped up. It hangs down from the bottom of the couch. I have placed tape to secure the material. I will be contacting Sams club in person to show them the pictures I took. They can either do a price adjustment or I will return the item. I will follow up with this review.

We bought this about a month ago for our children/upstairs living area. It's the perfect size & looks great! Cons: it is not the most comfortable of couches, the seats are more bouncy than squishy/comfortable. Not a good sleep on type couch. Also it has a weird smell that we are having a hard time getting rid of. I even unzipped the cushions to make sure there wasn't anything inside (nope, all clear). We are hoping that it dissipates over time. Overall though, not a bad buy!

It is very nice looking and comfortable sofa for the price. You can rearrange settings for small or big spaces.

The couch stuck to my skin. The furniture slid around all over the floor. The couch was not wide enough to lay down on for me.

Delivered damaged. Dysfunctional. Most uncomfortable couch I have ever experienced. Cheap quality. I don't recommend.

Easy assembly, can be used in several different ways... comfortable to sit on with or without ottoman and big enough for a guest to sleep on.

Took a month to deliver! Sofa was scuffed on bottom and has a plastic smell that still lingers after 1 week.
