This couch was good when I first got it, except that it was delivered with a tear in the back, but they gave me a discount for that. But the tufted areas gather dirt and small debris relentlessly, the “leather” is already ripping in several places, and the sewn seems are coming apart. The couch starts to look really bad really quickly after purchase.

Hi, The sofaset was delivered on 7/9 which was doesnt seems to be new one as it has damages to all the corners & few slides including ottoman. the leather has already came out when it was delivered from few places showsn in pictures below so how does it survive for few years? Sofa wooden legs looks unclean and damaged. can you please advise at earliest?

A very dark brown, looks black. Very comfortable. Looks elegant. Easy to assemble.

Sofa and ottoman arrived after waiting for a month. Fits perfect in my space, however would have liked the chaise section to be a bit longer. Also color is much darker than pictured. It?s more a charcoal color than the lighter gray but it works. Arrived with all pieces and set-up easily. So far so good!

We received this couch back in February of 2021 as the main couch of our living room. Within a year, the threading started to come apart on the side where your legs come up. It has been a little over 2 years, and we will need to purchase a new couch because it is not sustainable. I have been trying to attach pictures, but this review will not let me for some reason...This started occurring well before 2 years. I am extremely disappointed because it was an expensive couch and the quality of the materials is very poor. Do not waste your money because you will have to replace it.

Just got this delivered. The ottoman box says brown and the couch box says gray. There were a few openings in the box but they look the same color. I did feel the leather through the opening and it is super soft! Hopefully just a mistake on the outside of the box. Will update after I open the boxes in the daylight. (Power not turned on yet).

The first couch that I received was damaged, it had 2 forklift holes through the back of the couch and what looked like a razor knife cut on the top, under the headrest. Also, I ordered a gray couch and the first one that was delivered (the damaged one) was brown. The original couch came within the delivery time frame that I was told it would be, and the delivery guys were courteous and very helpful informing me of what steps to take to get the damaged couch returned. They left the damage couch so that I could use it until the new one arrives so that I wouldn't be left without a couch. The new one took a few weeks, and the delivery was set up three different times and they did not show up until the third time. I've had the replacement couch for about six weeks now and it seems to be holding up fine so far. It is a firm couch and it is a little noisier than my higher end leather furniture but all in all it's a great couch for the price. So, I ended up missing four days of work and having to tip the delivery drivers twice... I'd give the couch itself 4-4.5 stars but the whole experience 2-3 stars.
