Just purchased this as a snack and I am surprised of the quality. Real crab meat and with a nice taste. I found a hint of spice! Tarta sauce is a good match . For me they need a dipping sauce as they can be a bit dry, maybe because the oven cooking. Definitely will buy again!

These cakes were served to entertain some friends and family and everyone found them delicious. Paired with some tartar or cocktail sauce as they can be a bit dry. Keep your eyes on the temperature when cooking , you don’t want them too dry or toasted. They really are made of crab and not fish dough like some others we have tasted before. A nice glass of white wine is a perfect match. Definitely, a great starter or even snack. Enjoy !

My batch was too salty, it had big chunks of crab that was a plus

I just had the King Crab Cake. I was underwhelmed. For the price, I was expecting a better crab cake. While there were big chunks of crab, I found it to be too salty. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good enough. Just no way to make these any better than they are. Honest, I really wanted to like these. Just could not get past the texture on the inside being so mushy.
