I want to balance out the 2 stars. We had no problems with this at all. It's a lot of fun. I set a table with candy in front of it and it kind of jump scares with a sensor. It was a hit. P.S. make sure you tether it to the ground. It will fall over with wind (but really sturdy anyway).

I was skeptical after reading reviews, but looking where the sensor was located was easy to identify why so many people had issues with it working all the time, the fabric on his chest details hangs just in front of the sensor. just stapled on the side and fixed. So many happy/scared kids on Halloween!

Very disappointed in this skeleton. The sensor never worked properly. We live in a Halloween crazed neighborhood…we were excited to set this up for trick or treaters but could never get the sensor to go off. Strangely we could get it to work if we tapped on the rear left side of the hip wire. Not sure what we are going to do with this thing now.

No idea where the motion sensor is located. It only comes on when you are 1 ft away, sometimes. The email address in the customer service manual bounced back. Our workaround is to display the try me button so ppl walk up close enough to hopefully set it off.

love the sound and how quickly it activates when someone passes by but extremely upset that its been a little over a week and the mouth doesn't move. Item was purchased on the 18th and it stopped working by the 23rd. Music still plays, lights up, just mouth stopped moving only voice

The only issue we have with ours is the mouth stop moving within 15 minutes of setting it up! Ours does not run constantly only when activated. Just frustrated about spending that amount of money and part of it stop working within 15 minute's

I just assembled this animatronic however the jaw does not move, it appears to be known problem. I sent an email for part replacement by the email address provided does not work, I am still undecided if I will be keep the product
