Base and stakes can't support top top-heavy build and breaks easily. I have reached out to Sams support directly and after several weeks I am still awaiting a response. Do not recommend

We want to love this animatronic, but it has too many issues. The sensor does not work properly and once it is turned on, it never stops. Also, the upper and lower jaw keep hitting together making an awful noise. Too much money to pay with those issues. Sam’s Club should do partial refunds.

Every year we decorate a lot for Halloween, and with the addition of the Violinist it is the best that it has ever been! Everyone loved it!

Absolute Perfection! He is Huge! Easy to assemble and dissassemble. Everyone wants to stop and take a pic with him!

Looks amazing, easy to assemble. Had to manually turn motor on arm to get it started the first time but it's been great since.

The design is nice and it has a good height. This was my 1st animatronic from Sam's. However, it did not work right out of the box. No movement, no sounds, and no lights. Double checked everything, but it never worked. Contacted both Sam's and the manufacturer. Sam's only recommendation was to repack it and return it. The manufacturer never responded. I sent multiple messages to both manufacturer service accounts. I had a similar issue with a Spirit Halloween animatronic, and their customer service corrected the problem immediately. The issue is the control box. I ended up opening the control box on Halloween night , in hopes that it was a loose connection. But instead I found a cracked circuit board and loose pieces of metal inside the control box. This was very disappointing, since I put on a large display each year. It's seems safer to stick with Spirit, Home Depot, and Lowes, if this is the service you will get for such an expensive item.

love the sound and how quickly it activates when someone passes by but extremely upset that its been a little over a week and the mouth doesn't move. Item was purchased on the 18th and it stopped working by the 23rd. Music still plays, lights up, just mouth stopped moving only voice

Very disappointed in this skeleton. The sensor never worked properly. We live in a Halloween crazed neighborhood…we were excited to set this up for trick or treaters but could never get the sensor to go off. Strangely we could get it to work if we tapped on the rear left side of the hip wire. Not sure what we are going to do with this thing now.

No idea where the motion sensor is located. It only comes on when you are 1 ft away, sometimes. The email address in the customer service manual bounced back. Our workaround is to display the try me button so ppl walk up close enough to hopefully set it off.
