awesome. does what i like and makes it easy. my only knock and maybe with all pod based brews is the coffee is not as hot as i like it to be. i tend to make a small 4 cup pot instead of going the pod route. i do like the reusable pod to use my own coffee. i bought extras so i had some in rotation as they need to dry out before using again. i use the program feature as well. it is nice to set it for a time and the coffee is waiting on you.

Coffee maker is good. However, the single cup coffee maker sprays the coffee into the cup and all over the counter. I have to clean after each cup of single serve coffee. I called cuisinart and they said to try to use the clean function but that did nothing.

We bought one, got it home and unpacked and it wasn’t working on the pod side. Had no issues exchanging it other than an hour drive back to the store one way. The second one has been working fine. I made sure to register it for warranty just in case!

I returned this product after only two days. On both occasions that I used it, coffee overflowed the basket holding the grounds, despite the fact that I only used coarse grounds and was brewing less than a full pot of coffee (10 cups, not the full capacity of 12). I was very surprised because I have had and loved a Cuisinart drip coffee maker for the past 12 years which finally died. I decided to decipher why this model was such a problem and found two reasons, both involving the brew basket. First, the new model has a smaller basket. It’s shaped exactly the same but is noticeably smaller. Second, and more importantly, the flow rate of liquid from the basket to the carafe was much, much slower than that of the old model. I didn’t calculate the exact difference, but in a manual, side-by-side test liquid went through the old model at a rate at least 25% faster than the new one. No wonder that coffee overflowed the basket during the brewing process. There was nothing broken on the new basket (the spring mechanism worked just fine); it was just poorly engineered.

This is one of the best coffee pots ever!! It was so easy to set up and everything works perfectly. It also has such a great appearance so it looks good sitting on my counter. Yes it did cost a lot but the old saying is “you get what you pay for”. I have been looking for a coffee pot for about a month before I chose this one. I did read a lot of reviews and this one had the best.

This is, by far, the best coffee machine I have owned. The brews are consistent and hot. I appreciate the flip down little tray for the pod side that raises the cup so there is no splashing from brewing and you just flip it back up when using a travel mug plus, it looks great and saves space. PSA, pay attention when the "clean" indicator light comes on. I didn’t and the carafe side stopped working. My fault and i biughr the exact same model to replace it...I liked this machine that much.

This brewer makes coffee two different ways and we like that for our lifestyle. The only hiccups so far are that once I didn’t notice that the lid to the coffee pot itself was not on the pot, and so after preparing the carafe brewer and turning it on, the basket didn’t release the water (brewed coffee) and ran over throughout the coffee brewer and over the counter. Beware! The other noticeable thing is the noise level of the brewing process is a bit noisy, but it diminishes as the it progresses.

Got off to a bad start but now I love it. It seems folks have had an issue with the single serve side not working. No POD light when the POD button pressed. A google search showed a quick fix. I interpreted this problem as a sticky pod sensor switch right under the pod lid. I had that problem right out of the box. Did the 'fix' and all was good. It did it a day later and I did the 'fix' again. Since tht it's been working fine great.

I got this for Christmas and love it! This replaces the Keurig we had that was also a 2-in-1. We only kept the Keurig for one year, and that was pushing it. We are very happy with this Cuisinart. Brewed coffee is delicious and easy to clean. I was wondering how the single serve was going to be, but it tastes just as good. The only thing I don't 100% like is when I'm using the single serve, it comes out kind of slow so therefore splatters a lot. Also, we use the tumblers for coffee to go, and this doesn't accommodate the taller 12-ounce insulated tumblers very well. Also, there are two water reservoirs. If it were possible to have one, that would be most ideal. I guess that wouldn't be possible given how the machine brews, as opposed to the Keurig that brews what you tell it. Conventional coffee makers brew how much water is put into the reservoir. There is no window to see how much water is in the single-serve reservoir. I would give this 4.5 stars, if possible, so had to give it 4.

I love the convenience of using the one cup feature for daily use, and that i can make 12 cups when i have family or company over for breakfast or just dessert & coffee. Its easy & the coffee is flavorfull. I never found out how to set the clock, but thats ok!
