After researching many brands husband and I settled on Cuisinart 2 in one coffee maker. It did not disappoint, I look forward to the best cup of coffee every morning. I treat myself to a midday cup with the one cup side. Skip the coffee shop, I am the barista now!

Very nice 2 in one coffee maker

Love everything about the coffee maker except a couple of minor things. I don't like that the beep when the coffee is done can't be shut off. Also the carafe is very difficult to pour when it is full without spilling. You have to pour is very very slowly. I have had about 4 of these coffee pots and the carafe has never changed .

Good when it works lifespan poor

This coffee maker has a life span of about 8 months even with regular cleaning and descaling it just stops working. Unfortunately the parts they must use to construct this are sub par at best. When it works it is great but life span is disappointing at best this is my second one. Good thing they stand behind the product to send a new one

Disappointment

Getting ready to return it. Used it over the holiday. If your regular size coffee cup is slightly higher (different coffee cups) then you can’t brew the single cup on the top shelf and have to use the one on the bottom. Disappointment. In regard's to the carafe, two pots overflowed with ground coffee and I only used 7 spoons. The pot had only been used 2 times. What a mess. Seems flimsy.

Fantastic Coffee Maker Duo

We love this product. We have always had Cuisinart coffee makers and thought they were great. We decided to upgrade to the unit with single serve and traditional coffee maker. It looks beautiful and works beautifully. It doesn't take up too much counter area. The set up was super easy. Highly recommended this coffee maker.

Good coffee! Questionable quality!

Bought this unit. It quit working at about 30 days. Replaced it with the same unit which came in with the pod side not working. Reset the unit and it started working. I don't want to risk another lemon, so I will be returning this one also. Too much money to have to gamble on.

Best cup of coffee in years!

I bought by doing searches on features I needed in a new coffee makers. I went everywhere and I came back to this one. I couldn't be happier and I urge anyone considering purchasing this to do so now with the awesome discount. The coffee tastes delicious! I was starting to think I just not liking coffee anymore until I bought this. There are water filters involved but whatever it is, it tastes great.

Crappy Coffee Center

This was a Christmas present to replace our previous Cuisinart coffee maker (different one that lasted more than 2 years). I read many reviews and was hesitant to purchase this, due to the negative reviews. Well, I should have listened. Just 4 months of using, the coffee brewer stopped midstream. Using our common sense, we unplugged the whole maker plugged it back in and nothing. Still shows power to the maker, just that the coffee pot side would not start brewing. Also, prior to this the coffee grounds would overflow into the pot of coffee. Thinking that we were using too many, we would reduce the amount and it still would happen. It seems like the water pressure is too strong and makes the basket overflow. Now, when calling to utilize our warranty, they are making us clean the system with vinegar and water, to descale the system. Well, that didn't work either, the brewing system won't turn on. I registered our system to make sure that if something did happen we would be covered. This is so irritating and we normally like their products.

i absolutely loved it at first. it was perfect. but after a yr, the pump is going out. i have to unplug and reset it everyday now. it will make 3 cups then quit. was not worth the 120.00 i spent on it. now i have to get a new one. was wonderful when it did work

Not worth the money

Very disappointed in this coffee maker and probably didn't do a good job researching. We have had it for 5 months, with us being gone 3 of those weeks, and it just stopped working. Stopped mid pot and nothing after trying to reset, unplug, clean, etc. I'll give them credit that they said they will replace it after jumping through all the hoops but the new one's picking up the warranty where the old one left off. Makes me think they don't believe in their product either. Shouldn't have left DeLonghi and will be going back as soon as I can.
