Love my purchase. One issue!

Love this Cuisinart. One issue- before the one cup side will work you need to go in and press a reset button. Not a big deal at all, however, no where in the manual does it say this! I returned my original purchase thinking it was broken. After the 2nd didn't work either I Googled it! Found a video to tell me about the reset button. Easy fix. A return could have been avoided if this was mentioned. Cuisinart is loosing a bunch load on returns!

Disappointed

Saw this in a store and was excited because i have recently stared using my old Kuerig again so this looked like the perfect solution . However, I was a bit disappointed since the coffee was weaker, not as spring as my old Cuisinart. the K cup part has always produced stronger coffee. After experimenting for a few weeks the quality of the coffee has improved but I do have to use more coffee.

Disappointed in this coffee maker

We bought the Cuisinart coffee maker because of the previous products that we purchased and have enjoyed. The pot side of the coffee maker is working properly but the singe cup has not worked correctly since we purchased it. We contacted Cuisinart and they gave us steps to take correct the problem, but nothing has worked. This started from day one and at this time it still does not work correctly on the K-cup side of the coffee maker.

Exploding K-Cups

I love the styling and user friendliness of this coffee system. However, the K-Cup side keeps exploding my coffee pods which makes a huge mess and is quite annoying. I’ve tried all the suggestions to prevent this from happening. I find using the reusable K-Cup and filling it with my own ground coffee is just easier than dealing with the mess of an exploded pod.

It’s fine, would not buy again

While this coffee maker works there are some things I would change: 1) It does not measure out the water for a pot of coffee. When making a carafe you fill the water tank with the amount of water you want made. I would expect more from this price point. (Ex program an 8 cup pot of coffee) 2) there is a LOUD LOUD beep when the programmed coffee is finished and it wakes up everyone (especially babies and small children) when your morning programmed coffee is made. WHY!?!?

pod problem

loved the cuisinart coffee pot when i first got it! after using for approximately 2 weeks the pod side quit working & i cleaned it as directed in the service manuel. it worked for about 2 days only! we can only use the craft side only! i no longer have the box so i cannot return it. i have used alot of cuisinart products but disappointed in this coffee pot!

Best cup of coffee in years!

I bought by doing searches on features I needed in a new coffee makers. I went everywhere and I came back to this one. I couldn’t be happier and I urge anyone considering purchasing this to do so now with the awesome discount. The coffee tastes delicious! I was starting to think I just not liking coffee anymore until I bought this. There are water filters involved but whatever it is, it tastes great.

Inconsistent fill amount on single serve side. We have had 4 units due to pods exploding. Makes a mess. Bottom needle needs a larger opening so it doesn't.t clog and explode. Cuisinart has been great about replacing the units at no charge but it would be nice to have a trouble free coffee maker.
