The pros--it's NOT a Keurig (I had problems with them), it looks nice & it keeps my coffee pretty warm. The cons--the 2 water tank system. We use bottled water...I don't drink many k-cups, usually just a couple here & there. To fill it to minimum fill, I waste water because you can't keep it in there for more than a couple of days. Plus I've had a few disasters with the k cups splattering all over. Don't even get me started on the programming. I guess I should have researched more but I have quite a few Cuisinart products & I like every one of them I'm very unhappy right now.

I am happy I bought this coffeemaker to replace two other working units. It has saved space in the kitchen. It is faster than the others. The single cup brewer is not finicky about the pods (I use a stainless steel pod which the other needed just so). The controls are easy to use and allow for 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 ounces, not just 10 as a cheaper brand does, so I can do 16 total on one pod. The coffee is just as well brewed as the two replaced. The price a bit high, but worth it for getting what I wanted. I have used for a couple weeks with no problems.

I tried 2 of these, 1st one began leaking after a couple months. Second one the individual cup side didnt work out of the box. Very disappointed in quality of coffee maker made by Cuisinart.

It makes a good cup or pot of coffee. The flaw is that it will leak water from the bottom when it brews a pod of coffee.

Got this on sale because I was tired of my Keurig only brewing certain kcups and it was so slow to brew in the mornings. This is easy to set up, use and clean. And most important brews FAST. Recommended buy

I would say this is the best coffee maker I have ever had! Quick good tasting coffee wether 1 cup pod or 12 cup maker. And I got a unbelievable price on my purchase.

Love this coffee maker! Keeps the coffee hot, and love the pod feature as well! Very nice looking on my counter. Can’t wait to use the iced coffee feature soon! Have had other Cuisinart appliances and love the quality of their products.

This coffee maker has been easy and wonderful to use. The programmable option is the best. We wake up to wonderful smelling coffee. The single serve works great for those fast on the go days.

I have always loved the Cuisinart products and have purchased many. They are great quality of items that last for a long time as long as there taken care of. There coffee makers have been great and I have purchased 3 of them.
