consolidating 2 machines into 1

We like cuisinart products; we have a lot of them. For years we had a coffee maker for ground coffee and eventually bought a separate machine for single brew pods. To save counter space, we bought a machine that does both and are pretty happy with it. There is a problem with the water filters in the reservoirs; they are held in place by friction in the plastic between the filter holder and the place at the bottom of the reservoir that holds the filter in place, That isn't much friction and the filter holder comes loose very easily. Otherwise, a good, cinvenient machine.

I like the option to brew a full pot of coffee or pod style. The problem I am having is with the full pot brew, no matter how many coffee grounds I use they always spill over into the coffee carafe. This is putting coffee grounds in the coffee- NOT HAPPY about this

Don't buy!!!!

Today is day 34, and it is sitting out on my back patio smoking. After using the "K-cup" side of it, the carafe heating element pad, which wasn't in use, got hot and started making crackling noises. I pulled the plug on it and swiftly took it outside and set it on the back patio, because it was smoking. Yeah, I'm done with Cuisinart.

The Positions of the TWO Tanks Are a Pain To Fill

Don't like that it has separate water tanks for the pod and the carafe on each side of the machine. One or the other will be against the wall. Only one is removable, so I had to rearrange my entire kitchen to make it manageable. Also, I wish you could fill the carafe tank and just set how many cups to make-no, it only makes the ENTIRE tank every time.

Its an iffy product and could be better

the item wasn't functioning correctly. used it for a general high-use day and the warmer apparently got too hot and fell down into the machine. also, the unit did not brew and pour as it should and the units finish is very easily susceptible to scratching and blemishes. wiping it off coming out of the box left small micro scratches and it dulled the shine. I think they're on the right track with these set-ups but I think durability and longevity may poise a problem for such a pricy unit.

Good coffee - problem with mesh coffee filter

Makes a great cup of coffee. But there was a problem with the mesh coffee filter. The mesh split from the basket. Tried to report it with Cuisinart through their website, to get a new one, when I went to submit it, message came up to resubmit it, site was down. This happened the three times I entered the information. Gave up.

I recently bought my first Cuisinart coffee maker to replace a broken one. I bought the 2-IN-1 Center Combo Brewer make and this coffee maker makes the best coffee of any of the coffee makers I've owned. When my last coffee maker broke, I got the same brand as I had before but the coffee it made was bland. I particularly enjoy the pod portion of the maker which allows me to fill the water reservoir and select the number of oz I need for the particular size I had.

This coffee maker is loaded with features and still is budget friendly. It can do regular brewing and can also use K-cups. And the K-Cup size is adjustable for cup size! Also the carafe warmer can be set for low, medium or high, depending on temperature preference. Most importantly, the coffee tastes terrific! It's compact enough to fit under cabinets, and still use the single side without moving the unit. When it has to be moved to make a pot, it slides easily. The buttons are simple to use and make sense. The 12oz option on the single cup is nice, and it brews quickly. Great coffee maker. Second most important, my wife likes the looks of it.
