[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd (same) Cuisinart that I've purchased. One for home.and the other for the RV. The option of a k-cup or a brew is fantastic with this two in one.

Just received and so far we love it! I love that I can easily make a pot, and also just one cup without having to wash and ready the carafe. The quick guide set up made it easy to get our machine going quickly.

I purchased this with high expectations, as I have always enjoyed my Cuisinart appliances. Unfortunately, this 2-in-1 coffeemaker didn't live up to my expectations. I purchased this especially for the single pod feature, to replace my old Keurig and separate carafe coffeemaker. I saw the pod feature and the picture on the box showed a setting for strong coffee, so I assumed I could set both features that way. I was wrong, only making a carafe has the strong setting. I brewed my favorite bold coffee pod, and it was very weak. I even tried switching it off mid brew to let it soak momentarily and the back on…no help. This was an impulse buy. I should have done my research first. I never tried making a regular pot of coffee or used the Ice Coffee feature, which I would guess would be fine. So I did return this to my big box store and got a competitor's product with the same features. It was actually had a rich flavor feature and was cheaper. Sorry Cuisinart.

Love this coffee maker! It makes great tasting coffee. I can make a carafe or k-cup.Also can select the size of kcup, and the temperature of the heating element undertge carafe. Select a cold coffee too! Works perfect and is easy to understand the set up.

I'm very happy with my Cuisinart SS-16 series. The glass carafe is the reason I purchased this. Our coffee stays hot until we finish the pot vs my previous stainless steel pot. We had to reheat every cup in our microwave. Previous coffee maker was another brand & I'm happy to be back with Cuisinart!

Although I absolutely love the coffee maker now, it was frustrating to have to send back the first one as the pod side was not working. In the meantime, I read a review on YouTube where a fix was available. Had I known that, I would have tried it before sending it back. In the review there were numerous complaints about the same problem, enough that it should be looked into and rectified. That being said, it is working perfectly fine, the coffee stays hot and flavorful, and the overall look of the coffee maker are all pluses

This is our second Cuisinart dual brew. The single brew side of the first one stopped working after eight years. We have another brand in our RV but prefer the Cuisinart. After researching options online we decided to stick with the Cuisinart. We like the design of the new one better. It makes a good pot of coffee and the pod side has several brew sizes.

I love my new coffee maker. I can make a whole pot or just a k-cup. I can make it hot or cold. I can program it to begin before I get out of bed. It's soooo much better than my only Keurig. Really happy with my purchase and the quality of this coffee machine

We were both surprised and pleased with all of the signals the coffee maker provides. Not only does it tell you when it is done brewing but also when it is ready to turn itself off. Another pleasant surprise is how warm the coffee maker keeps the coffee.

I was so sick of my kurig coffee maker kept breaking, after the 3rd one I bought just quit after 5 months that was it for me. I saw this dual Cuisinart maker and it looked perfect so hoping for the best and was ready to go back to making my coffee with great beans and also if I needed just one cup could go with the pod side. I am thrilled with this machine, the coffee was fantastic and it was a snap to make and the pod side was just as wonderful. I highly recommend this product,
