Piece of junk

This thing is an overly complicated piece of junk. The instructions are incomplete. Trying to use the single cup feature is a royal pain. I would have given it no stars, but that wasn't an option.

Coffee maker is good......best to get video instructions from a you tuber instead of the vague written instructions provided by the manufacturer. I've never owned a Cuisinart so time will tell on how well this brand will hold up.

Brews fast. Makes a lot of crackling noises after pot has been brewed. Need to be able to select Bold when brewing on Auto On timed start, previous Cuisinart makers did that. Great having single serve and full pot capabilities in one machine.

Buyer Beware

DO NOT BUY!! We bought this and it did not power on. Cuisinart would not stand by their product because it was “beyond the warranty” although the item was not used. We bought it and stored it until needed. Poor poor poor. Buy Hamilton Beach!

Love the cuisine air coffee pot. I like the ability to have pods and or a craft. The only thing I wish the pot water container would hold more water. I have to put water in it several times to make to make Pod coffee.

Disappointed

We wanted to love this, but the single serving part broke after 2 months stating the drive line was kinked. We did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Going to try to return it today. Very disappointed.
