I didn't even have the maker a week and the pod side malfunctioned. The reservoir didn't seal properly and it also exploded the pod. I returned it and just bought the 14 cup coffee maker.

We had our coffee maker for less than 2 weeks when it started smoking after completing a cycle making coffee. Had to immediately unplug it to keep from an electrical fire. Won’t be buying another one.

Very convenient and easy to use. The K Cup part is quick and is easy to refill. The brewing side lets you make bolder coffee than most pots and stays hot much longer.

I found that I can get two 12oz brews using the same coffee grounds before disposing them. This seems much faster than waiting for the carafe to fill up. I think I'm using less coffee too.

I have been searching for a new coffee maker and had to stick with Cuisinart. The 2 in 1 single serve and pot options is so convenient. The set up was easy, it looks sleek, and has worked perfectly fine. As of right now I’d recommend this product.

We are enjoying our new coffee maker 2 in 1 bought it because of my prior experience with cusiart coffee makers. Replacing my Keurig that was barely a year old. K cup single brew works great on th 2 in 1 only upgrade would be a larger reservoir

Fantastic kitchen appliance that is used several times a day. Cuisinart quality & simple to use! Replaced a worn out overused similar model more than 3 years old.

The coffee maker works fabulously, however the k cup needs improvement. I had hoped over the last several years you would have improved it. It still leaks fluids in the upper chamber

We like everything about this coffee maker except the water reservoir tank for the k-cup single serve coffee maker. We have to empty when not in use or it will leak onto the counter.

Excellent coffee maker. Really like that it is versatile enough to use pods or a traditional carafe. The only thing I would add would be to be able to adjust brew strength when using a pod.
