[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee machine took a little bit of figuring out at first to program, definitely needed to read the manual, but it has been easy to use since setting it up. It is quiet and I love that there are so many different options, from hot to iced coffee, from a full pot to a single cup! The machine is quiet and has auto-start and auto-off features, which are very convenient. Have not had it long so can't speak to its durability, but I am pleased with its performance so far and would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is pretty snazzy. I like being able to just use the k-cup feature or the carafe. I think it would be nice if the water tank for the kcup one had a knotch on the outside so it would be easier to lift it up. I also think the lid on the carafe is weird. I wish it just had a normal lid that has a hinge. But it has the basics of what you need to make hot coffee or brew over ice. I wouldnt make coffee over ice though. Solid machinr and makes life easier.

It comes with the reusable k cup feature and it has the option to brew ice coffee. Overall it’s a great machine and it will definitely replace my ninja!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this new Cuisinart Coffee Center 2 in 1 coffeemaker for free from Home Tester Club and Cuisinart in exchange for my honest review. I am a coffee lover ! I am really excited to try this new coffeemaker! I drink coffee every morning !! This is the best coffeemaker that i have now!!!!! I love the fact that it is a 2 in 1 machine, which is a space saver on my counter, i can either make a cup for myself or 12 cups of coffee to share with my families, really convenient. It is simple to use with many brewing options. I like to use the reusable filter more because i can use my favorite ground coffee with it. It is very easy to clean and maintain. Would recommended!

This coffee maker has been horrible, not working having to push a little button inside 7 times trying to reset to make it work since about 6 months after we got it, now says e-07 and won’t work at all unless you unplug it and maybe it will maybe it won’t

I originally purchased this coffee maker in Oct 2023, the single serve feature quit working in October 2024. Quisinart sent a replacement as it was still under warranty. After only 9 months, the single serve feature on the replacement died again. Quisinart is of no help and told me I can pay to have it shipped to them, pay to have it fixed, and then pay to have it shipped back to me. If I spend this much on a coffee pot, I expect it to last longer. Quisinart used to make quality products, not so much anymore. I won't be purchasing anymore Quisinart products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that there is two ways I can make my coffee, sometimes I need a pot and other times I just want one cup. This coffeemaker looks really good on my counter. Plus it has some great features, such as you are able to control the strength of your coffee. It's self cleaning and it comes with a small cup filter, so you don't have to buy the K-cups but just fill you own coffee to make a single cup. This is a really nice coffeemaker.

Bought this machine for the versatility of pods and carafe. After a few uses the pod feature malfunctioned horribly, pods began to literally explode. Followed troubleshooting guidelines to clean out the pod exit needle, made absolutely no difference. This happened three separate times. The machine is junk. Save yourself the time and clean up, buy another brand.

I currently have the ninja which I like but I love that this takes k cups so you get an extra feature. The reusable filters on both sides are nice. Coffee tastes good. I only have good things to say about it!
