It's our second purchase of this maker. They have changed a few features which we like. It always makes a great cup of coffee. Our 1st purchase featured the duel type making of coffee, so we purchased the same type again.

I am very pleased w/my new coffee maker. The last I had was a Keurig & I like my Cuisinart better. I like that the kpod has its own water reservoir from the pot-good feature.

This Duo coffee pot was easy to set up. I love the separate water container for the Kpods as you're not using the water from the carafe side and constantly refilling. Smart design. The coffee tastes amazing from this system. Love it!

There was evidently a problem with the circuit board and we constantly struggled to make a cup of coffee. Returned to store. The return was hassle free!

This is the coffee maker I've needed. It allows me to choose so many things about the coffee. If I just want a single cup and want it strong, I can do that. If I have a bunch of people over and want a full pot, I can do that too.

Hopefully this coffee pot will last longer than the last one we had purchased in 2025. That one lasted about 7 months. Unfortunately I did not register it. This one I did . Should have been good for at least 3 years as the warranty says.

I have only had this coffee maker about 3 weeks. As of now of makes a good tasting coffee. For my taste it could be a bit hotter. I haven't used the carafe side of the maker. Hopefully it lasts longer then my last 3 Keurig machines

We love this coffeemaker. It consolidated our coffee making into nine unit. It is easy to use and has readable displays. The coffee is brewed quickly and tastes grest. Highly recommend this unit!

Best coffee maker ever! Simple, Easy to Use & Clean and we only upgraded from our last Cuisinart because we wanted the single cup/pod feature. Our previous Cuisinart was still going strong after 20 years!

We enjoy our last coffee in the evening without making a full pot. However, it fills the cup to inconsistent levels and the reservoir could be bigger. We have to refill it much sooner than our last coffee maker
