The carafe is big enough when we have more people to serve, but the option of being able to make one cup at a time is a luxury! I grind whole beans for my coffee and this unit makes a great tasting cup of coffee! I really appreciate that it comes with a reusable filter for each side eliminating the need to purchase paper filters! With its sleek modern design, it looks great on my countertop. So happy to have the opportunity to try this product. Overall I rate it an A+!

It not only makes a carafe of coffee on the right side of the machine, but you can also make a single cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate with single serve pods on the left side of the machine! It's really easy to set up and use. Bonus, it looks gorgeous sitting out on my counter! This is my new favorite coffee maker and would make a great gift to any coffee lover out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, 4 people had hot coffee using different ways to brew. The single serve brew is a plus. The coffee grounds/water ratio was good with each cup. It brews fast & gives the option of choosing the # of ounces. The coffee was hot but it wasn’t as hot as the carafe brew. Another nice feature is being able to make a single serve cup with your own coffee grounds. We had to experiment with the drip brew carafe. It wasn’t easy figuring out how many ounces they assume is in 1 mug. Directions say to add 1 level scoop of ground coffee per cup. How many ounces do they consider 1 cup of coffee is? That answer is nowhere to be found. After experimenting, we determined they figure 12 cups equal 66 ounces. It did brew fast. Other nice features are the temperature control & pre-programming so your beverage is ready when your alarm clock goes off. I’m looking forward to trying iced coffee, tea, & hot chocolate. This system does everything. It’s like having a personal barista.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, I really love this coffee maker, it has made my life a little more comfortable. Its an excellent device but has it fair share of cons. I’ll share with the pros first: - The reusable filter is amazing because I dread using the paper ones, its really easy to clean. - It also comes with a reusable coffee pod and I have been using that a lot, mine came broken though and the customer service didn’t address the issue when I reached out about it. - Pods can be used with differing volumes of liquid unto 12 fl oz - Both the water reservoirs are really easy to fill up. Now on to the cons: - The biggest con and my biggest complain is that the carafe leaks from under the threads of the handle that goes all around its neck. - The surfaces both steel and plastic seem very prone to scratches even though I only use microfiber towels to clean it, I already have a bunch of scuff marks on my machines. Overall, it’s a plus so I’d recommend it.

It has Manu options for brewing (k-cup, reusable pod, craft). I would recommend using a taller mug in the single serve as it does splatter a little bit. The warming plate does make a bit of a humming noise but it's not obnoxious. Overall, very happy with this coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this coffeemaker. It’s beautiful and by a great brand, but I could never get it to work with my lifestyle. I could never get it to make a pot of coffee that tasted good. Since the carafe is glass and not insulated, the coffee was most often cold by the time I was ready for a cup. I don’t like how you can’t remove the water container and have to pour water in. Probably a minuscule downfall, but I keep the coffeemaker under my cabinets and I always spill water all over the counter.

I love iced coffee and being able to brew iced and hot coffee is amazing! It allows me to set it up to make it automatically or brew instantly. It is small and compact so it doesn’t take up much counter space. By far my favorite coffee maker!

I have been very impressed! This versatile machine allows me to brew a full pot of delicious, hot coffee or make a single cup just as quickly as a Keurig, but with much more flavor and aroma. The coffee comes out piping hot and full-bodied. I also love the programmable timer, so I can wake up to freshly brewed coffee. Clean-up is easy with the removable parts. If you want great tasting coffee, more variety, and better value than a Keurig, I highly recommend the Cuisinart 2-in-1.
