Works great. Programming this Coffee maker is really simple.

I had to have 2 replaced, no explanation as to why they stopped working. When operational, great product, but.....

Both the coffee pot and the single serve constantly overflow and get coffee grinds in your coffee. Ready to pitch it and go back to Keurig

It is nice. I would love it if it didn't flood the countertop whenever I fill the water tank. I don't know what to do.

I bought this unit in December and it failed in May. The pod side works great but the carafe does not...will not heat at all. The unit is very attractive but it is going for return today.

Works well, I don't care for the dual tank system. For carafe have to pull it out from under upper cabinet to fill. we drink a lot of single cups, and it doesn't hold much water and constantly filling it. Seems really slow to make single cup. But if you don't drink a lot of single serve might be good for you.

I could not get the pod side of the machine to work when I bought it. I followed the startup instructions. Took it back and got a replacement. Had the same problem. Found a video on utube addressing the problem. There is a little black button in the pod chamber. After making sure that this button works properly after pushing on it a couple of times, the problem wad solved. Maybe Cuisinart should address this problem. Wonder how many of these machines have been returned as defective
