[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this coffee machine for about a week now I’m really impressed with how easy it is to use and the different features it offers. I like that I can make either a single serve cup of coffee or a full pot. I also like that when it comes to the pod section I can either use a k-cup or ground coffee. The fact that you can adjust the ounces for the size of the mug or cup you are going to use is also a plus because it prevents any overfilling and spilling. For smaller mugs it provides a flip down shelf so that the coffee wont spill out as it drips. The instructions are easy to follow and the coffee itself takes no time to be made. It is faster than my previous coffee machine and it is so easy to clean. As for the size, it is not as big as I thought it would be. Compared to my previous coffeemaker this one takes a lot less space which is good. Overall all this coffeemaker has been great and if you are a coffee lover I would recommend.

It's extremely easy to use and setup as well which is always a plus. I also think this is the fastest coffeemaker I've owned as well, perfect for my busy mornings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all it looks great, it matches my stainless steel and black appliances perfectly. I love the dual brewing option, it’s a must for me. We use the single serving during the week and the full pot for the weekends. The full pot works good, it brews fast and I like that it has a separate water reservoir so I don’t have to make a set amount. The amount of water I put in is what it makes. I like that you can use pods or ground coffee for the single side. I prefer to use the reusable filters with the ground coffee but they do leave some fine grounds on the bottom of my cup. I also like that it has so many brewing options and cup sizes. I drink a lot of ice coffee in the summer so this is great for me. I absolutely love this coffee machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is pretty snazzy. I like being able to just use the k-cup feature or the carafe. I think it would be nice if the water tank for the kcup one had a knotch on the outside so it would be easier to lift it up. I also think the lid on the carafe is weird. I wish it just had a normal lid that has a hinge. But it has the basics of what you need to make hot coffee or brew over ice. I wouldnt make coffee over ice though. Solid machinr and makes life easier.

A couple things that I didn't love though. It comes with some charcoal filters that seem disposable, and requires 2 at a time. Will I need to continuously buy some proprietary filters? Additionally I like that this can use pods, but other than the reusable pod it came with, it does not say what kinds of pods are compatible. Keurig seems obvious, but there are lots of pod coffee machines and it doesn't say what kind to use. I tried a Nespresso virtuo one and that definitely didn't work. Would like some instruction on the pod compatibility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first experience with this coffee maker. For reference, I’m a coffee fanatic and I drink my coffee black. I purchased this exact model awhile back for the benefit of the 2-1 so on occasion I could brew a k-cup. I returned the machine within 3 hours. When I was selected to test the machine, I was hopeful that improvements had been made. Much to my delight, it appears they have. With the machine I purchased I could not get the pod side to work. Assembly is rather easy and I ran the two preliminary brews as outlined in the manual. Both were easy to perform. I’m happy to report both the carafe and pod sides are functioning. Upon completion I brewed a pot of coffee on the bold setting. I did not experience water spatter the way I did with the initial unit. The design is attractive but I do find filling the reservoir slightly awkward but that is because I am used to my Ninja and the removable reservoir. Overall, I am pleased!

Upon open the box it included the coffee maker, coffee filter, carafe, scoop, reusable coffee pod and 2 water reservoir capsules. I do like that there is 2 options single or carafe in one machine. But with that there are two water banks and feels like this process will create more cleanup. If it could be one water bank I think I would like the coffee maker better. It does claim to brew faster but I think I waited the same amount of time. Just thing the coffee maker is ok nothing to different.

This machine is great for when my espresso machine is too much work or if I need to make coffee for a crowd! I don't purchase k-cups, so the inclusion of a reusable coffee pod is highly appreciated, and will come in handy when I don't need a full pot or want to waste coffee grounds. It also fits nicely on my counter as space is limited, and Ive found some coffee centers with similar features to be quite bulky and not worth the space.

It comes with the reusable k cup feature and it has the option to brew ice coffee. Overall it’s a great machine and it will definitely replace my ninja!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so versatile because you can brew the coffee or you can use pods to make your coffee. Another huge benefit is that when you have multiple coffee drinkers, you can make one pot of coffee instead of making several pods. I had a keurig where I could only make 1 coffee at a time. Now I have an option of if I want 1 coffee with a pod or if I want to make a bigger pot.
